A sloped city garden for a young family.  Taming the slope with drystone terracing, architectural planting and child safe social areas made the garden feel larger and more accessible. The planting was chosen to soften the hard landscaping and offer inviting, cosy enclosed areas.

Coastal

A coastal project with sea views. We settled a dramatic new house into the landscape by incorporating trees and meadow areas. We zoned the garden to take advantage of the slope to enjoy the views, the best light and maximum shelter.

A garden for plant lovers. Connecting pathways separate distinct planting zones; woodland, perennial, prairie, lawn and drought tolerant. Tall grasses and perennials are positioned to visually obscure each area so that the garden can only be fully revealed slowly.
