Phase one of the landscaping in this garden was internal.  We chose a beautiful 7m tall Betula utilis Jacquemontii and planted it between the kitchen and the living room. The glassed courtyard brings the outside inside, making a feature of the seasons, the making the most of the frequent rainfall. The courtyard will also house seating and some of the clients striking sculpture on plinths made from reclaimed timber “whalers”. Phase 2 is in progress.
